Herd Management
The herd is run by a group of doctors specializing in veterinary and genetic medicine. The team provides diets for each ewe according to its weight and age, which is a 100% natural and healthy system. The highly experienced veterinarians are employed in the daily health monitoring of each ewe, and they are provided with a number that allows reading the health status (feeding, body temperature, milking, and following the method) daily, monthly, and annually through a modern mechanization system.
Quality and food safety management
Lacaune Farm adopts international standards in quality management and food safety control by examining any product before it is delivered to the consumer market The monitoring team also monitors the health status of even employees that can be neutralized in the process of contact with the herd. Note: It does not include in the ingredients of the feed provided to the herd any food element that does not conform to the international conditions.
Farm Policy
While the global trend is to confront food threats through unhealthy food industry systems that are exported to developing countries, of which Lebanon is a part, the efforts of the farm team and management revolve to be designed and counterclockwise to produce healthy and high-quality milk and meat.
Economic Challenges
In another challenge to Lebanon's economic conditions, the farm management seeks to participate and support the farmers of the Bekaa Valley to grow excellent fodder, which helps in an upward movement of agricultural and economic development on the one hand, and encourages the employment of the largest number of human energies, especially youth in the region
